For more than 25 years, West Millennium Group constructed premium single- and multi-family projects throughout Southern California. During this time, they also built a strong industry reputation for delivering quality housing on time and on budget. From 2006 to 2009, Openfield created WMG's corporate website and many individual property websites that ranged from one-of-a-kind sites for the company's larger developments to templated solutions designed to maximize marketing dollars across smaller projects.
As part of a total brand overhaul led by Infinite Scale Design Group in Salt Lake City, OFC provided planning, design, development and maintenance for the WMG's new interactive communications. The reorganized architecture and updated design helped the company position its services to investors, potential partners and buyers. In addition to accelerating interest and lead generation for the company's sales team, the sites also served as powerful communication tools that supported the WMG leadership in securing equity capital and construction.
